Felicia Wiltshire, Director, Customer Service & Communications, City of Winnipeg
Felicia Wiltshire has been with the City of Winnipeg since December 2015, first in the role of Director of Corporate Communications, and then being promoted to the Director of Customer Service and Communications, overseeing six divisions including Corporate Communication, Marketing & Branding, Web & Social Media, French Language Services, the Office of Public Engagement, and the 311 Contact Centre. She has been an integral part of the City’s Emergency Operations Centre during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
