Nicole Woodall, Manager, Public Relations & Social Media, Sheridan College

Nicole Woodall is the Manager of Public Relations and Social Media at Sheridan. No stranger to crises, she was part of the Sheridan team that navigated the 2017 Ontario-wide college faculty strike. Before joining Sheridan, she spent eight years in Australia, leading a wide range of social media policy and procedure reviews for the public and private sector. Her work includes a parliamentary inquiry into the use of social media by the Australian Defence Force, in addition to leading a team of experts in social listening during two large-scale disasters, the Queensland floods and the New Zealand earthquakes. She’s always up for a laugh and tries to find some levity, even during crisis events
